Is Proactol Healthy For Weight Loss
There is a lot of interest at the minute around Procatol and whether it is a healthy way to lose weight or just another faddy diet fat binder product.
Personally I have come across more fad diets than hot meals but I do not think that Proactol fits into that category.
How can I say that? Well first of all Proactol has been recommended by Dr Adam Carey, who not only has spent 19 years working in the NHS in nutrition, but also advises top sports stars in the UK.
The interesting thing in his point of view on Proactol is that he mentions in his recommendation, and something which I wholehartedly agree with, is that Proactol on its own is not the answer, it should be part of a healthy lifestyle, but, and this is the good bit, for those wanting to lose weight it can give a real kickstart.
The only real problem that I have with Proactol, well it’s not really a problem with Proactol actually, it’s the mindset of some of the people that may take it, is that because it is a fat binder, they think they can just eat anything and still lose weight.
Well, while that may or may not be the case, the fact is that although proactol can help you lose weight, and may also assist in keeping cholestorol levels down, it is not meant to be used like that and the end result is that your health will eventually suffer unless you improve your diet too.
Although there are doctor recommentdations on the site, I would recommend you talk with your physician before starting any weight loss program.
